How does VAT apply?
Subscription prices include VAT.
What does the setup fee cover?
Live Support has no setup fee. For other plans, the one-time fee of $300 + VAT covers brand-specific training, system integration and go-live. It is separate from the monthly plan.
Does the automation count limit conversation flows?
No. Conversation scenarios, content and flow are unlimited on every plan. Counted automations are proactive trigger-based workflows such as cart reminders and order or campaign notifications. Each additional active automation costs $40 per month.
Are WhatsApp sends free when the marketing module is included?
Pro and Elite include the WhatsApp Marketing module at no extra cost. WhatsApp marketing messages cost $0.70 per 100 messages, and utility messages cost $0.12 per 100 messages. Meta’s own message fees are not included in these rates and appear separately on the invoice.
Which support tier comes with my plan?
Live Support, Starter and Standard include Essential; Pro includes Priority; Elite includes Premium. Upgrades are billed only for the price difference. Enterprise support is scoped individually.
